Garuda Indonesia has signed an agreement with Angkasa Pura I & II – the managers of Indonesia's major airports  that will allow the cost of the passenger service charge (PSC) to now be included in the cost of the airline ticket, eliminating having to line up and pay the PSC at the airport of departure.

As reported by Jakarta Post, the agreement will speed passenger processing on domestic and international departures withGaruda Indonesia by eliminating a stop at a separate locket collecting the PSC.

The program is now in operation for all Garuda Indonesia departures.

Those airports NOT offering this facility are Malang, East Java; Palu, Central Sulawesi; Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi; Timika, Papua and Tanjungkarang, Lampung – all airports not managed by Angkasa Pura.
